These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SwiftTools websites and mobile applications, including Workout Tracker and future SwiftTools apps unless separate terms are provided.

By downloading, accessing, or using SwiftTools apps or websites, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our apps or websites.
2. About SwiftTools

Workout Tracker and any fitness-related SwiftTools apps are provided for general tracking and informational purposes only. They are not medical, health, fitness, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing an exercise, diet, or health program. You are responsible for exercising safely and within your own limits.
6. Accounts
If an app offers accounts, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
7. Purchases, subscriptions, and premium features
Some SwiftTools apps may offer paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Purchases are generally processed by Google Play or another payment provider. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be governed by the app store or payment provider terms. Access to paid features may depend on successful payment and continued eligibility.
