Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SwiftTools collects, uses, and protects your information when you use any of our mobile applications.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect any personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or location. Our applications are designed to work locally on your device without requiring user accounts or sign-in.

2. Local Processing & Data Storage

For applications that process media (such as images, documents, or PDFs), all conversion and processing happen directly on your device. Your personal files are not uploaded, stored, or transmitted to our servers. All processing remains strictly on the user’s device.

3. Internet & Device Permissions

Our apps may request basic permissions such as storage access to read and save files, or camera access. These permissions are used strictly for core app functionality and never for hidden data collection.

4. Advertising & Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to support and monetize our free applications. Specifically, we use:

  • Google AdMob (for displaying advertisements)

These advertising networks may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and potentially IP addresses to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, track ad performance, and prevent fraud. This data is managed by the advertising networks according to their own privacy policies. We do not control this data collection.

5. Security

Since we do not store user data on our own servers, there is no risk of server-side data breaches from SwiftTools. We rely on your device’s built-in security mechanisms to protect your local files.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our apps do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware of such data being collected inadvertently, it will be deleted immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our apps or regulatory requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

8. Your Consent

By downloading and using any SwiftTools application, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
