Request account and data deletion

How to request deletion

Email swifttools.app@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Please include:

• The app name
• The email address or account identifier used in the app
• A short confirmation that you want your account deleted

What may be deleted

Depending on the app and account features used, deletion may include account profile information, synced app data, workout or activity records, preferences, and other personal information associated with the account.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, accounting, or backup recovery. Data that has been anonymized or aggregated may also be retained because it no longer identifies a specific user.

Processing time

We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying the request. If additional information is needed to verify ownership of the account, we may ask you to provide it.
